Scientific Name: Alworthia pentagona
Family: Asphodelaceae
Aloe “Alworthia Black Gem”
— Aloe or Haworhia? It’s like asking if it’s a Vampire or Warewolf? Naaah ah - It’s Klaus Mikaelson 😂 Imagine two of the most “hard to kill succulents” in one species. Abomination!
On a serious note, Alworthia black gem is an evergreen perennial succulent that generates many tight offspring creating a large, low clump. The more sun it gets, the leaves get darker from green, to reddish, or purplish black -- hence its name BLACK GEM. Where else did you think our botanists got that name from?
Light: Preferably strong and bright sunlight to make its darkness (black color) pronounced but it can live indoors with low to moderate light, with green leaves.
Water: Only when the soil is dry.
Pot: This plant isn't picky and would adapt to any shape. It's just up to you whether you want it to fully grow or contain its growth. The bigger the pot, the bigger it'll grow! - just watch out for water pooling tho. Add pots here: https://potsforplants.ph/collections/desk-pots
PACKING AND DELIVERY:

Grab, Lalamove, Transportify, etc) must be chosen as delivery option.
- If the above mentioned delivery options are invisible to you upon check-out, it means you're in outside of the service coverage area, and the only option is to deliver the succulents to your door step through our courier, UPROOTED (roots are cleaned, air dried, and wrapped in paper)
