If you're looking for a unique addition to your tropical home paradise, the Philodendron xanadu might be the plant for you! Also known as the 'Winterbourn' philodendron, it's a large indoor plant that's pretty easy to grow. They're most distinguished by their lobed leaves and can easily be mistaken for a Split Leaf Philodendron.
Light – These plants do best in moderate to bright, indirect light. Don't expose them to direct sunlight as it may cause their leaves to face.
Water – Water your Philodendron Xanadu until it flows through the drainage hole. Pour out any excess water from the saucer to prevent waterlogged soil. Letting your plant sit in water can cause root rot. Let 1-2 inches of its soil dry before giving it a drink.
This plant can tolerate any levels of humidity found in most homes. However, they thrive better in high humidity as it encourages lush growth and shiny foliage.
Growth – The Philodendron Xanadu can grow up to 4 feet tall and 6 feet wide.
WARNING: These plants are considered toxic. Keep them out of reach from pets and children.
