SHIPPING POLICY

When will I Receive My Shipment?
Once you've placed an order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm your order. Only then will we start processing and fulfilling your order. Our courier will pickup your shipment and have it delivered to you in 2-5 days, for Metro Manila, and 4-7 days in provincial destinations.



RETURN, REPLACEMENT, AND REFUND POLICY

Damaged Product

We will only reimburse you if the item is deemed to be defective or damaged and you have notified us within (7) seven days after the parcel has been received. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to hello@potsforplants.ph within 7 days upon receiving the item.

In the event you wish to return the purchased item, all costs related including the shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a reimbursement within 7 days of receiving the item. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to hello@potsforplants.ph. If the case is deemed valid, Pots for Plants PH will cover related cost to reimburse.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons.
