Can you build my spec?
Usually yes. This is the range we build inside, our defaults, and the constraints that connect them. Wall thickness scales with height rather than sitting at one fixed number, because a 400mm trough and a 2m tree box are not the same problem.
Pricing scales with quantity. Volume discounts apply on project orders.

Sample and quote
For most projects, we produce a finish sample for sign-off. Once approved, you receive a fixed quote with payment terms, production schedule, and delivery date. Production starts on PO.
Production and delivery
Built at our manufacturing facility. Quality-checked, crated or palletized as needed, and delivered to your site or warehouse. We coordinate with site contractors on access and unloading.

Are your fiberglass planters suitable for outdoor use in Philippine weather?
Yes. We use UV-stable resins and outdoor-rated coatings. Our planters are installed across rooftop decks, podium gardens, and exposed amenity areas in projects that have been in service since 2017.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom production?
There is no fixed minimum. We have produced single bespoke pieces for design statements and bulk runs of 500+ units for tower fit-outs. Pricing scales with quantity.
How long does production take?
Lead time runs from 2-3 weeks for 1-10 units up to 16-20 weeks for 500+ units, measured from approved sample and signed PO. Size and finish complexity move it within those bands. Rush orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Yes. We deliver nationwide. Provincial and Visayas/Mindanao deliveries are quoted per project based on volume and access requirements.
Can you match a specific RAL, Pantone, or paint color?
Yes. Provide the RAL number, Pantone reference, paint code, or a physical sample. We produce a finish sample for sign-off before bulk production. Architects specifying in the Philippines usually work in RAL, and our coating suppliers do too, so a RAL number is the cleanest reference to give us.
Do you issue BIR-registered invoices and accept standard payment terms?
Yes. Pots for Plants is a registered Philippine business. We issue official receipts and BIR-registered invoices and accept the payment terms standard to commercial procurement.
Can you replicate or replace planters from an existing installation?
For recurring clients, we retain molds and can produce matching replacements or phase-two expansions. For installations not originally produced by us, we can fabricate matching units from samples or measurements.
What warranty do you provide?
Manufacturing warranty covers structural integrity and finish defects under normal use. Terms are confirmed in the project quote.
