Week 1: Site visit and proposal
We walk your space, measure light levels with a lux meter (not a guess), photograph the areas, and ask about traffic, aircon, and brand colors. You get a written proposal within 3 business days with plant recommendations, planter pairings, and a fixed monthly rate.
Week 2: Delivery and install
Plants, planters, and stands arrive in one scheduled visit. Our team styles each placement in person. We don’t drop and run.
Week 3 onward: Weekly maintenance
A trained crew member visits weekly on a fixed day. They water, prune, dust, check for pests, and report anything that needs replacement. You get a service summary after each visit.

How often does plant maintenance need to happen in a Manila office?
Most Manila offices need weekly plant maintenance. Tropical climate plus aggressive aircon creates a stressful environment for indoor plants: aircon dries leaves quickly, while ambient humidity invites pests. Weekly visits are the minimum to catch problems early. Some low-traffic spaces with hardy plants (Snake Plant, ZZ Plant) can stretch to bi-weekly, but we don’t recommend monthly visits for any commercial space.

How long does the setup take?
From initial inquiry to plants installed and styled in your office: typically 2 to 3 weeks. Week 1 is the free site visit and proposal. Week 2 is contract finalization and plant sourcing. Week 3 is delivery and install. Rush setups (under 1 week) are possible for smaller orders if our existing inventory matches your needs.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We require a 3-month minimum to give plants time to acclimate and to make the free replacement guarantee economically viable. After the first 3 months, the contract continues month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. No annual lock-in.
What happens if a plant dies?
We replace it free of charge. The healthy-plant guarantee is included in every rental package. If a plant declines, yellows, drops leaves, or dies for any reason while under our weekly care, we swap it out at the next visit. The only exception is damage caused by client action (knocking over the planter, allowing direct sun damage, etc.), and even then we’ll work out a fair replacement cost.
Can you match planters to our brand colors?
Yes. We manufacture our own fiberglass planters in-house, so we can color-match to your brand within reason. Send us a Pantone or RAL reference and we’ll quote the custom planters separately from the rental. Standard catalog colors (matte black, white, terracotta, slate grey) have no upcharge.
